I have an Iheater and the Dr. Heater and I like the Dr. Heater better. They are both good units but the Dr. Heater is smaller and easier to carry around from place to place if needed and the wheels underneath are spaced closer together thus easier to place on top of other units such as a speaker unit that is not in use or a large air purifier that I have thus not taking up any floor space if needed. It also blows heat out harder than the Iheater but in the end, I think they both kick out about the same amount of heat energy. The Dr. Heater is made of real wood also, where the Iheater and allot of others on the market have plastic shells. Keep in mind folks that these are just space heaters BUT they are more power efficient and do kick out a bit more heat than the other numerous space heaters that I have and I have quite a few unfortunately… I have found that they do heat very large areas by them selves but do take a while to bring it up to temperature but once there, they are pretty amazing for their portable size and the amount of wattage they use.

Great product, lives up to the advertising. Recommend for those cold nights when extra heat is appreciated ! Compact heating unit can be moved from room to room. Great value for this quality heater, compared it to another brand owned by a friend and made my decision to purchase this model.
After buying the first one and setting it up in my house I was able to shut down three of my floor heaters in my house. This heater works great. My electric bill has gone down due to it and it was used during the month of February that got the most snow on the books so it ran every day.
Wow! I was dubious on reading some of the other reviews, but we really needed a new heater for a sun room so I ordered a unit. We live in Rhode Island, on the bay, and the outside of our sun room gets the full brunt of the winter gale force wind. We winter our plants out there, and I had two small space heaters that barely kept the room above freezing. Our sun room was 46 degrees when I plugged in the Dr. Heater unit this morning; the heater brought the room up to 65 degrees in about an hour! Considering that there is NO insulation and single-pane glass surrounding the room, and it’s really NICE out there now! Wow! It arrived this morning and took all of about 2 minutes to unpack and set up. The heater is small, VERY quiet and seems to be working fantastically! VERY impressed! Excellent!
I have co workers who bought this item and gave positive compliments, so I bought one myself, and I love it. Its portable on wheels, and so quiet you don’t even know when its on. Its one of the best purchases I’ve made for the improvment of my heating bills. I highly recommend buying this item.
I love this heater! It works great for 1 room or maybe 2 small rooms. I tried to heat my family room but it couldn’t handle it with the dining room and the kitchen all open. I would turn my thermostat down to 60 at night and run it at my bedroom door and it would wake me up it got so hot in the room! I do recommend this heater. It’s in my office now and keeps me nice and warm.
