I’ve been looking for a floor cleaner that would clean the crevasses in my stone flooring. Heavy machines hurt my back for weekly cleaning, small automatic cleaners that use pads and spray chemicals don’t get into the deeper portions of the floor. Also, I don’t like drying the floor with an additional towel so we can walk on it right away. So when I saw a commercial for this product I thought “what the heck” and bought it. I thought that it would be fine for daily dusting, but had my doubts that it would clean that well, and figured the pads would become prohibitively expensive, but I had to try it. I can’t comment on the pads as yet, but one pad worked well for all three areas, and is still not too dirty to use on the other side next time, but I do tend to clean my floor regularly. An especially dirty floor might need more than one pad. It’s easy to assemble, heated up quickly, comes with an extra long cord so you can clean more at one time without unplugging, and the hot steam lasted through the bathroom, dining area, and kitchen.

I have practically tried them all. The Shark Professional Steam Pocket Mop has a water tank that fills from the top, so it is very easy to empty ALL of the water from the tank when you are finished. It has 3 steam settings which are all wonderful. The steam is HOT and my tile floor does not streak, nor does the mop leave it wet (even set at the hottest setting. The one really nice feature about this model, is the constant steam. You do not have to pump the handle, as in previous models (which I have also owned). You simply mop. So far, so good and my floors are cleaner than they have been with the prior models.
This little mop is a powerful cleaning tool! Easy to assemble and use. No bending over, and is light in weight, but not in it’s cleaning ability. The cleaning pads are machine washable, and are very sturdy looking. Makes my floors way easier to keep clean and looking like new. I highly recommend this product.
We just moved into a new house about 6 months ago. We put down a slate tile flooring in the kitchen. It looks so beautiful, but to our horror, it’s impossible to clean. Really, the surface is uneven and rough. We bought a Mint about a year ago to clear our wood floors in our old house, but it won’t clean our new state tile. We tried everything. Broom, the vacuum, hand washing the slate. We bought a Shark Pro on Black Friday. Thank you very much! It works! The steam action cleans it. The steam mop is light weight and very easy to use. I followed the instructions and in five minutes, i was in business. So far, i’ve been very happy.
All our floors are either hardwood or tile and the Shark does an amazing job on both! It pulls the dirt out of the crevices of the tile in the kitchen, no more scrub brush! It’s very easy to use and the results are impressive. I even use it to sanitize a animal crate floor. With two cats in the house we feel better with the sanitizing [i.e. hair balls]. Owned it for two months, no issues with product, Amazon, or delivery. Would recommend it to all.
