I got a couple cheaper ones off Ebay two for $10 and gave one to a neighbor. It was bad my floormate leaked a lot. turn off machine and dirty water leaked all over. I know floormates leak a tad but this was like why use it leaking. I ordered this filter and the sucking power is back making the machine act like it is brand new. Saving $$ isn’t worth it if it leaks spend more and buy this it’s the real deal.

Even though it is not a genuine Hover brand filter, but an aftermarket, it works well none the less.
I thought the machine was finished, as the suction was all of a sudden not picking up all the water and the floor didnt seem to come clean anymore as it should. I ordered the filter and popped it easily into the machine and the machine is now working like the first day i bought it, great, absolutely wonderful
This product was shipped to me in good condition and is the product I expected it to be. It appears to perform as well as the original filter that came with the device at purchase. If you are looking for replacement filters for your Hoover hard floor cleaner, this appears to be the same filter that came with the cleaner to begin with.
As the other reviewer said, necessary to run your FloorMate. Check out Lowe’s…1/2 the price.
The product I ordered was a filter for my floot mate. The product arrived as per the schedule established by the seller. The product is exactly what I ordered and works fine.
Taking the hint from an earlier reviewer, I replace my original (two-year old) filter, and wow, what a difference in suction. It returned the suction to the original level, leaving the floor almost completely dry after one pass. I’ll replace the filter regularly from now on!
A great find and Price Value. I paid as much for 2 filters and a Grout cleaner as I was asked just for the filter in a local store.
the filter is really a good product. doesn’t seem to be like and “after market” type item. I will buy the product again.
New filter helped the four year old FloorMate to operate as it did when new. I wish I had replaced the old filter a year ago.

The filters for these machines can be quite expensive and difficult to come by. These were delivered right to my door in a very short period of time, they were considerably cheaper and work great!

I needed a new filter for my Hoover Floormate. This filter fit perfectly and works great.
This filter is needed in order to operate your Hoover FloorMate. It is fairly cheap to but and can be washed many times before having to be replaced.
