I am a big fan of this pillow. It’s hard to get comfortable trying to sleep during pregnancy. I like how the bottom can be bent to rest between my feet, knees, thighs, or wherever I need support. The top is perfect for cuddling and giving support to my growing belly. I also sleep with my back to the pillow and pull the lower part between my legs for support. The only negative I see with this pillow is the only color I could find it in was a green print, which doesn’t go with the rest of my bedding. But it’s still worth it!

I was looking for a pregnancy pillow that would help support me while I sleep so I don’t end up on my back (they say you’re not supposed to lie on your back after about 4 months pregnant). I like a thin pillow normally, though, and most of the other pregnancy pillows looked too overstuffed for me – like they would give me neck problems if I used them. This one is great if you are like I am and prefer thin pillows. I end up using it like it’s shown in the picture, and also turning around and using it to support my back. The second way wouldn’t work for anyone taller than about 5’6″, though. It does take up room in the bed and it’s a bit of a pain to flip over if you want to turn, but most of us pregnant folk get up a number of times to use the bathroom at night, anyway – I just turn it when I get back and it doesn’t disrupt my sleep any more than it is already disrupted. I’m about 6 months pregnant at the moment, and I’m hoping this pillow continues to work well through the end.
I am 24 weeks pregnant, and I own this pillow. Before buying it, I was attempting to “make-do” with other pillows I had around the house, and I was waking up multiple times per night, adjusting them back into place. The Boppy pillow has been wonderful. It conforms to my curled-up body, helps me sleep better on my side, and provides great comfort. The pillow is seamed so that the filling doesn’t shift around and form lumps during the night. Most importantly, I have been able to sleep through the night peacefully. It was well worth the money. My only complaints are (1) I have to completely flip the pillow over if I want to change sides during the night, and (2) my husband complains that I take up too much of the bed now. I say, too bad for him. 
I had the worse night of sleep last night, or should I say sleepless. I finally went to a different store to get this pillow, since it seems to be one of the few available in stores. I went straight home for a long nap and slept great! I didn’t toss and turn, didn’t wake up sore or feel uncomfortable. It was wonderful! I thought it was just the right amount of squishiness to help support and be comfortable. I also think that the thin part of the pillow is not intended for the belly. I think it is intended as pictured, right above the belly. I thought the leg part was perfect and it even had some contour in it to help my legs stay put. I know I only had it for a short time, but I am pretty sure this is perfect for what I need! WAY BETTER THAN A BODY PILLOW! It curves right with you, the head part was just enough cushion and it was nice to only have one pillow to work with.
I almost didn’t buy this pillow based on how other people rated this item. I’m so glad that I didn’t listen to all the people that didn’t like this product. I visited my local Burlington Coat Factory to purchase this item. They had both the Boppy Total Body pillow and the Snoogle. I knew the Snoogle had great reviews, but it didn’t come with any cover. The Boppy came with its own decorative cover and included 12 free issues of OK Weekly. I decided it was worth a try and if it didn’t work I would come back for the Snoogle. It was easy to take this pillow out of its package. The fabric is comfortable, and does not scratch my skin like someone mentioned about the Snoogle. The pillow was pretty full for my liking. I too don’t like to use over-stuffed pillows. The consistency of the fullness of this product was perfect. I’m not going to lie. This pillow takes some getting used to. I had to look at the pillows on the box several times to figure out all my options. I started by using this pillow for watching TV in bed.
