I'm very pleased. The Egg & Muffin Toaster does everything as advertised. So Much More Fat on Me Now! A Pretty Cool Kitchen Gadget, but Fear Not McDonalds Stockholders. The Back to Basics Egg n Muffin Toaster was a wildly popular gift this Christmas. Back to Basics TEM500 Egg-and-Muffin 2-Slice Toaster and Egg Poacher. This is the 2nd toaster I have purchased. Drive thru the kitchen instead. This little toaster/egg cooker is a lot more convenient than your local fast food place. As Seen on TV - but it * DOES * work! I was skeptical at first seeing this on TV, but it actually WORKS PERFECT! THE BEST AND EASIEST KITCHEN GADGET. I put this on my Christmas wish list this year and it is one of my very favorite gifts! Worth every dollar. Love it. I love this toaster, it's easy and compact - but always remember to put a spray in the small pan for the egg - if you don't it will stick. Quick McDonald's Breakfast at Home! My son bought me this Back to Basics toaster for Christmas several years ago. Best kitchen gadget!!! I use this almost everyday! It worked! Then it didn't.... My husband and I loved this appliance at first!
Better than expected. This toaster is fantastic. Perfect Quick Morning Breakfast. No fuss, no mess. Don't like the poached tray. Even I add non-stick spray on the poached tray, I still have trouble with this. Returned it right away. too many parts to keep track of and to clean. As good as it gets. I would have give it five stars only if they come up with little more colorful outlook however it does the job very well, take my word for it, whatever mentioned in the description is true for this Toaster. Super Toaster! I gave this to my Dad for Christmas, and it was so great I bought one for myself! Who knew I was a short order cook? Wow. Quick as a bunny and twice as yummy. Bad luck. I've been buying stuff from Amazon for years now, and this is the first time something doesn't work at all. He loves it!!! My husband received this toaster as a Christmas present from my daughter a few years ago. Bad toaster. I'll be returning this. Fun Product. This little product is great! Totally awesome toaster! This is the third one of these I have purchased and the egg cooker was dead when I received it. I actually eat breakfast now. This appliance is fantastic. Dont worry, McDonalds wont go out of business. I got this nifty egg/toaster for Christmas and have used it for exactly 4 hard boiled eggs and 7 egg sandwiches on english muffins. Great Product. Better then that Scottish clown place! this is not only a affordable toaster it is one of the best i've ever gotten and I've spend 100's of dollars on toasters and this for just the toasting is the best one so far and it cooks eggs and makes those Scottish morning Sandwich's we all love. Great time saver. I can't tell you how much of a time saver this is. Egg/Muffin Cooker great idea. The Egg and Muffin toaster/poacher (cooker) was purchased as a gift for our son. Wonderful! Earned a Permanent Place on the Counter. Have limited space on my kitchen counters and have lots of kitchen appliances that have to be stored in the pantry until they are used. I love it as a sandwich machine, but its no toaster. This is the BEST thing that has happened to convenient breakfasts. I'm SOOO glad I found this. My husband LOVES this thing. Easy and Delicious! Toaster never worked right (deeply browned on one side, barely browned on the other); egg poacher after 5 months use. I loved it, and it Died....... Better than McDonald's. I love this product! OK while it lasted. When this toaster found it place on our kitchen counter, it worked like a charm. Works as described with caveat. Other reviews are more comprehensive so won't repeat the good points. What a great invention! I really like the combination toaster and egg poacher. Broke after 5 months. It worked good until it broke. Wow ! ! ! Usually if something sounds too good to be true, it is, But not this time ! Not so impressed. . . The product arrived broken and I am still trying to get it replaced 2 weeks latter. Very inventive! Great combo! Exactly what I was looking for... Works well so far. Hoped it would of been better. The first time I used it my husband didnt spray the pan for the egg and it was a nightmare, it took off all the black coating and it the pan was already ruined.
Dead After Three Months. We received this egg poacher/toaster combination shortly before our wedding in August. Obviously designed by an advanced alien civilization. Someone obvioulsy spent a lot of time perfecting this thing. Excellent small appliance. I've always wanted to make homemade egg McMuffins. What is the voltage for this toaster? Nice when it worked... Unfortunately it only worked for 2 months, at which time the egg heating element stopped working. Yummy breakfasts. Poacher unpredictable. Toaster phase works good, but unable to produce a poached egg the way I want it. Just stopped working one day. I enjoyed the toaster when it worked, but the other day it just stopped working? Complete piece of junk. Egg poacher died. Well at first I loved my little toaster that could make me an egg/english muffin in one. I am glad i purchased this. This is a good toaster for making egg sandwich just like the mcdonald's one. Unhappy with this toaster. work great for 3 months and then died. Makes a great gift!
